On one hand. They never listened to her in the first place and just up and decided to marry her to not just some stranger but to the second prince who is in the middle of a succession feud. With her lack of social etiquette skills, that is a bomb waiting to happen. And based off of my first impression of him, he is either the super haughty type that thinks it's a given for things to go his way OR he is the sporty knight type that would heavily clash with her being an introverted intellectual.
Now she is in the wrong because A: As much as it pains me to admit, you cannot just read books your whole life. B: She never tried to engage with her siblings in conversation, with as many books as she has read I am shocked she didn't have something to add about fashion or romance. C: Taking advantage of your siblings' guilt is just wrong.
I want to see the other beasts have a human form but at the same time I don't? I know big sis ninetales will be a flawless redheaded beauty (at least in front of God tree), and Brother Alligator will be a wild and rugged handsome man with a scar down his face. But I don't think I could bear the disappointment if that doesn't happen.

I'm really hoping the King has a VERY GOOD reason for using his own son as bait. He could have explained about his son's genetic disposition to avoid public scandal. And he could have actually raised his son like a human being and eventually play the fool to act as bait. But no. He had to emotionally cripple a perfectly good human being and take the easy way out.
He has ridiculously high magic power and aptitude. Great physical ability. And rare good looks. How on earth did his family come to the conclusion that he was useless!?
