From what I read, she basically married all 3 of them (poker faced Aivan, doggie white haired dude and the hot blondie prince) because all of them are totally *smitten* with her. Aivan's the only one she doesn't really pay attention to anymore and treats a bit coldly in the end because
PLOT TWIST: Aivan's a player haha he has a harem of women living in different parts of his mansion and NONE of them have met one another. Clever dude fooling all of us with those pure and sincere expressions.. MC just accidentally discovers it one day, which is why she was tryna run away but dude won't let her go and technically, she's legally his since they're married by that point...so she just decided to marry the other two dudes and ofc they all happy happy happy.. There is no real plot here IMO except maybe the little conflict with Roxanne and when the other MLs were figuring out how she could escape from Aivan's clutches, it's not exactly everyone's cup of tea but if you guys don't bother bringing your braincells, you could enjoy the story nonetheless as we see homegirl get it everytime..

I mean I dunno if you can call it a harem. There are a few girls but they don't cling to him like some of the other Isekai stories with lots of girls. One of the girls (Filo) is a bit annoying but she grew on me after a while. Raphtalia is in love with the Naofumi but she's not really clingy. I haven't read this in a while so maybe a few things have changed. Anyway hopefully I was helpful

Ugh totally get what u mean, it’s one of my pet peeves on mangas/animes but this manga is actually good been looking forward for its updates for a long time now. Welp there is harem but it aint sexual harem more like “theyre all my daughters get your hands of them” kind of relationship

No! This manga doesn’t have any harems, ecchi or fanservice of any kind. The female characters are extremely lovable. And the mc is actually rather respectable and enjoyable despite everything that happens to him! There is a bit of romance however, but it’s definitely not the main focus. If you prefer watching anime, you can watch this online as it currently has a season out. But if you like reading manga then you can continue to read it here.
