There's so many plot twist in the story i didn't remember much, if my memory serves me right the guy has 7 personalities in him there's a suicidal type, bomber guy, a kid (?), a gangster and the others (sorry i didn't remember) and the thing is all the personalities exist for a reason (not gonna spoil) then he will hire a psychiatrist ( she will became his girlfriend later) (they actually know each other but only the gangster remembers her, the girl also forgot about him there's a reason for that) so well that the gist of the story sorry i sometimes have a rule to not spoil a story to someone (づ￣ ³￣)づ

The main character of kill me heal me has multiple personality disorder. If I understood well, the people with DID don't have multiple personalities but it's really different people in one body. For more details i recommend that you look it up bc this manga seems to mix the two disorders
