The only plausible explanations I see for what transpired in the chapter is
1) Jiwook is actually sick and the author wants to fool us into thinking his grade was bad
2) His grade was bad because he spent so much time with/and thinking about blue eyes even when he was studying alone for a short time
3) someone from MC’s family or that other weirdo who likes to physically hurt people, arranged for their results to be switched so he can mess with them.
Either way, it was pretty obvious to me that blue eyes had asked Jiwook to tutor him just so he could spend more time with him, so if Jiwook feels betrayed in any way, it’d be because of that. Not for any other retarded reason I see some people come up with.

Uh... why are people talking about Jiwook being betrayed? How the F did you get to that conclusion? From the looks of it, he’s either sick to his stomach or he’s just sick from the bad grade he received, which I was worried might happen since he was so mentally absorbed in blue eyes that he couldn’t focus in his studies. So... how does that translate to the whining and pity I see in the comments?

It's just speculation people have on how JiWook might feel since Seungeon is number 1 in school and has been for two years. JiWook's grades probably droped(which made him sick) and he might loose scolarship all because he wasted time tutoring someone who didn't need help instead of concentrating on his own studies. So people are speculating /theorizing about his reaction and how he might feel.

But every single one of them talks as if they know this for a fact and they’re weirdly pissed about it. If it’s a theory that’s fine, but you wouldn’t think it was, based off how they phrased it. It’s as if they’re disregarding all the development that blue eyes made as a character; erasing it out of thin air just so it can fit whatever narrative they believe happened. Like I’ve read at least five similar comments so I seriously thought everyone was just happy spoiling future chapters. Anyway, thanks for letting me know; it was bugging the hell out of me.

Sovieshu thinks he's so smart with his little plans. LOL. Think again. The funny part is that if he'd actually explained himself to our FL, she might have actually gone along with that, though I feel like she might have still chosen to be Heinley's queen after someone spoke some sense into her (like her brother). The only reason I wish that Sovieshu had at least given her that respect is so she wouldn't have been so heartbroken in thinking that he doesn't give a shxt about her and only cares about Trashta (it's actually laughable for me to believe he loves Trashta at all, though I get to laugh at Trashta who believes it). Well, whatever. I can't wait for the both of them—Sovieshu and Trashta—to get exactly what they deserve and I know they will.

Hahahahahha I’m sorry, but that entire exchange was hilarious AF to me.
People whining about how disgusting or wtvr word they can find to show they dislike these kids meeting their father might have a point because the emperor was definitely acting like a kid, but I still enjoyed that exchange. I guess seeing the raws in advance might also be the reason why I’m not at all pissed at him, but knowing myself, I would’ve still cracked up.
Meanwhile I’m actually disappointed in our FL vilifying him to their kids like that. I don’t know what it’s about, but there’s just something about that, that I’ve always found wrong. Like when parents divorced and one of them keeps custody of the kids and they spend their time talking shxt about their father or mother to the point where the kids can’t have their own thoughts and judgement in the matter. It’s just not something you should be allowed to do. It’s like burning bridges that you didn’t know were even there, so when the two parties get to that place, they realize: “oh so there was a bridge there, but the path for us to meet no longer exists.” In such circumstances you either give up or you take a crazy detour.
Anyway, If kids are meant to find out that their father is a villain, then they’ll find out on their own. Burning bridges like that is petty AF.

Considering the fact that the emperor manipulated the situation so that they would have sex with each other and continued to manipulate and lie to her up until she ran, I can see why she villainized him. The emperor also doesnt care about her choice at all and continues to pursue after she's shown that he's afraid of her. The man isn't a good guy

... He didn’t manipulate the situation so they would have sex with each other. Where did you read that? She came on to him and he happened to already have feelings for her at the time, so he went along with it.
Also, they lied to each other. It just so happens that the emperor knew she was lying, so he had the upper hand the whole time. Especially with the imperial/streets doctor sharing her medical information with the emperor, which actually annoyed me because that shxt should be confidential.
I also felt super bad for her when it was confirmed that he knew everything because she’d been stressed AF, trying to hide this from him. I wonder though, if she’d confided in dream-Kyle and told him about how stressful it was for her, if the emperor would’ve come forward and come clean to her at that moment.

No. That’s not the impression she’s under at all.
She ran because she was scared for her life—based off rumors she’d heard along with the emperor’s inability to not come across as the villain he’s been portrayed to be.
She ran because she felt hurt and betrayed once she found out that dream-Kyle whom she started to have feelings for, was the same person as the emperor she knows nothing about.
She ran because he put his own desire to see them get together before her own wants and desires, ignoring hers as if they didn’t matter. That’s why she ran. Not for any other reason.

Minor spoiler ahead!!
in her defense tho she tried to confide with him abt the baby by discreetly asking but all she got as an answer was he'll hurt them coz they will sure be lying, any mother will be scared after hearing that too. The way he confronted her too abt the baby was pretty bad and coz he doesn't know how to show affection bcoz of his past ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍ in the end it all boils down to lack of communication, misjudgement, and all in all, a very very fast paced 'romance'.
still THE ENDING SCENE AT THE PREVIOUS PAGE WAS PRETTY FUCKING HILARIOUS HAHAHAHHAHAHA. they'll get through it, he's a good dad and she's a good mom believe me, they just need a little push to break off the chains of the past to go all lovey dovey withoit any worries. mwehheheheh

I was going to say that I prefer the dark haired girl for him, but then I realized that he can actually have them both... Anyway, I’ve really appreciated how his relationship with the dark haired girl unfolded. You could tell she started having feelings for him since some place around chapter 15 when he joined her troop of bodyguards for a minute and met his grand-father. Her feelings had a clear evolution from curiosity to respect, admiration and then love. It’s also funny how the grand-father picked up on that and decided to take her as a disciple as a result.
On another note, I can’t wait for the Mc’s family members to realize just how powerful and smart he is. I wonder if we’ll get to see his brother again soon.
Friggin hate fortune tellers in those situations. That girl’s innocence just went poufff, out the window! (I still think they’re sisters)
They are just different moms
