A commenter stated on another place that,
"A season 2 probably won't happen for a long time- if ever. The studio dropped it due to some internal issues (it's Blue Wind Studio, btw). The author is also currently focusing on another series called Goblin's Night. "

I heard it switched hands and suppose to be coming back in July. Keeping some eye on the news, but it hasn't been dropped at least.

I'm not sure if no one else has read this far yet, but I saw no comments on how there is a nice chunk of the story missing after CHAPTER 32! It jumps from the middle of the tower battle to an entirely different scenario.(╯°Д °)╯╧╧

To me, it looks like the beginning of an "elf" race. They just don't have the stereotypical pointy ears.
NONE of the manga listed here under "by the same author" have continued, so I am guessing they have all been dropped.
