a totally separate story with a two special chapter (the senpai and the kouhai). but couple in the beast and feast showed up which is not impossible since the seme here and uke in the other story are workmates.

I haven't caught up on this, and I haven't read it in quite a while. The last chapter I read was a while back around chapter 69, I think. But from the pics shared in the pictures section it looks like the couple on the cover isn't together anymore. Because the dark haired, blue eyed guy in the more recent chapters, that's with the blue haired guy, looks like the guy on the cover. Is that true? Or is this one of those ones where it starts to be about entirely different couples under the same title?
(I hate when they do that, if it is. I'd much prefer them to just make it into sequels under a different book and title.)
It's completely different characters, there is 4 couples in there (they all know each other though)
