I understand why u hate Mo Ran if you are reading it for the first time but when you read the whole novel you will understand why he did what he did in this time. Plss be patient when reading books, there are many twist and mysteries about this novel that's why the events are like this.
I AGREE SO HARD ON THIS. Personally when I read the novel I absolutely HATED like rlly HATED taxianjun/mo rannbut as I kept following the books paths and turns I soon realised I was wrong the entire time. THIS NOT MEANING that i was wrong on his behaviour, but wrong about smth ELSE. It really takes the small details in a work to understand the bigger picture and for those who are rejecting Mo Ran's behaviour rn, YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK. You just need to keep reading further and everything will fall in place because you will be shocked.
