I did vague research about it and it tends to be used on Korean brides (with an additional two red dots on their cheek). So, like... Is Seungho trying to say something or what???? (ノ⊙∇⊙)ノ╧╧
I think the red dot represents marriage when it comes to putting on make-up ! Females usually have a red dot in the middle of their forehead whenever they are getting engaged, but if I'm wrong please correct me :)

After reading this manga in one night and having several ups and mostly down emotions. I can safely say, at this point, I just want a relatively happy ending for Richard.
