Whyyyyy a dream? The emperor is such a masochist!
The teacher could have EASILY manipulated him, have him at his beck and call
Anything could have been attainable if he used some sweet words or strategically neglected him
That would have been so much more interesting to see, ESPECIALLY if by the end of the story, the teacher betrays the emperor and escapes after he helps his country, organize a new system, and get revenge on the emperor!
Maybe he could even fake his death and trick the emperor into marrying someone

Honestly…ch 64 brought me to tears

RANT:
I hate both the brothers.
The younger one instigated and denies that he didn’t know the older one would have done the things that he did. Like- HE LITERALLY TOLD HIM “confess, kiss him, do whatever you want” bs.
The older one, definitely psychotic, did all those things, fully disregarding the MC, heavily manipulating and abusing him.
THEN after the younger one “saves” the MC, he decides to also isolate him and called that HelPinG him. HE COULD HAVE BROUGHT HIM TO THE HOSPITAL! That would have been helping, but he is so self absorbed that his sense of guilt and justice deluded him and forced the MC to stay by his side. JUST LIKE HIS BROTHER!
Both brothers are SO self righteous, not realizing or not caring about how they’re affecting the MC, WHO WAS DOING JUST OKAY ON HIS OWN. (Struggling but managing).
And as much as I do not care for crying and weak MCs/bottoms, he literally tried to resist, question, and navigate through all the pulling and shoving.
As I said, I’m still reading this because it FEELS like this won’t have a happy ending, like MC won’t end up with either of them. THAT IS MY HOPE. Anyway…what does everyone else think?
