I genuinely believe this fandom just doesn't give a fuck about Skyler, Cirrus broke Skyler's nose in the latest chapter (don't know if it's truly broken but it bled) and in this situation too Cirrus is the victim and everyone is cheering for him for being a 'bad bitch' beating that chubby guy up. No matter the situation people are always so quick to find ways to paint Skyler as the villain. When he's wrong he's getting crucified and even when he's not he's getting blamed.

I guess the reason people didn’t really fault Cirrus for hitting Sky was because he didn’t intentionally do it, he was fighting with the fatty but Skylar interrupted, and Cirrus hit him.
They’re comparing it to how Skylar intentionally hit Cirrus in ch 101 or 102. So they aren’t as mad that Cirrus finally lost it. A lot are focusing on him hitting the fatty.

Don't agree with seeing Cirrus being shit on but I agree with everything else. They're both traumatized kids in a relationship with each other, that's why people don't recommend getting into relationships when you're not too mentally well because those unresolved problems are bound to get in the way of relationships too.
