They keep being friends but go separate ways as Haejoon graduates. There's no romance.
I can somewhat understand why Soobin killed Woori in his first life but in his second life he didn't interact with Soobin after he left that school, we see that Soobin saw Woori on his birthday but on that day it seemed like Woori collapsed and died on his own but it's hard to believe that Soobin had nothing to do with that. In all of his lives Mc has been killed by him, whether every single one were intentional or some were just accidental I don't know( like when in 6th life mc got hit by the scooter drive or the rooftop accident), so maybe he was poisoned or something in his second life?
If he did, then did Soobin feel bitter after seeing Woori on TV and billboards all the time and that became the catalyst?
In his 2nd life we haven't seen Woori do anything bad to Soobin, if he did do something then it would have to happen when he was way younger. Did they even go to the same middle school? It might have something to do with their luck and that ring that Woori lost, maybe Soobin found out about it.
I also don't think it had anything to do with Sei( Shin sister), Woori mentioned he doesn't forget a face and if he did interact with her later then we would probably know.
Also is it just mistranslation or is there another Shin brother too?
It's so weird right now Soobin doesn't hate him enough to kill him but even if he doesn't interact with him from now he still gets killed. Mc keeps repeating his life from 2nd year of highschool so I don't feel we can trust his memories from before that year. Also I'm so curious what does Soobin want him to remember, unless MC is an totally unreliable narrator I feel like could be a misunderstanding or just pure jealousy and hate for his upbringing or something supernatural related to their luck.

After reading all these comments I thought the MC would be pure evil but he's just kinda insensitive and genuinely dimwitted.
Are people really getting mad and totally believing everything narrated by a delinquent who already hates the MC? He didn't even go to the same middle school as the MC and just spreading a rumour he heard from someone else. And even if it's true what he did would be a bit hurtful but that doesn't make him more of a bad person than any other 15 year old teenager with friend group drama. He liked manga for a while so he talked with someone who liked it too, it's not like he bullied anyone or badmouthed him after that.
He kept in contact with his two highschool friends in the next decade so he probably considered them as his true friends and just thought he was just casually being friendly with people like that manga dude.
They keep saying he uses them like tools, but what does he even do except hang out with them and later not talking with them. He's not a bully, a cheater or a creep to girls. His biggest crime is being spoiled and being an idiot who just says anything honestly.
I love Woori, too, but his insensitivity and dim-wittedness can actually lead to him causing harm, whether he intends it or not.
Even if he has "solutions" for the problems he causes, the emotional impact is still there. Getting told you're fired from your only source of income when you're in poverty is devastating news; idc if the person who got me fired wanted me hired in a better place/position, COMMUNICATE that first.
In general, though, he's pretty decent as a person. I'm just worried how certain actions are gonna blow up in his face if he can't explain them well enough.

It'll take literal decades for this manhwa to finish, it's weird to think that I may not get to read to the end, maybe I'll forget about it or it may be discontinued or I may not be even alive to see that. The novel is still ongoing with 1232 chapters and it took the manhwa 5 years to reach just 153 chapters. I'm not complaining about it, maybe I'm just being stupid but it makes me melancholic to think about it.
