I thought the backstory on yumeko’s sister was fun to read/know
as for the present, provision #1 that “kirari momobami must die” i feel like is the same thing they did for Sayaka when she challenged yumeko - where she had to throw away everything with the pres but even when she lost in the end they were like “hi nice to meet you please be my secretary”
kirari momobami -the name, the prestige, the power she holds- will die, but the person herself will be free to do what she wants

Im only on chapter 7 but I don’t get the comparison to ORV? In ORV the MC loves the book so much and knows just about everything from it. He uses all of this information to survive/get ahead. This MC doesn’t even know what he’s doing, he couldn’t swing a bat, he doesn’t know the plots of the “quests”/game, exactly where to go, etc.
He gets chats/sponsors, I’ll give you that. Everything else im hopeful enough to see how it plays out.

The way they mock Aryl her whole life for wearing a mask… and always see her in it…. And then she comes to the masquerade wearing A VERY SIMILAR MASK and everyone says “who is she” like bruhhh what ain’t no way
I’m also really confused that she has “blood eyes” which everyone is afraid of (cursed eyes)… but the mask isn’t covering that up? Everyone can still see her “unique” eye color so why do they act shocked when she takes off the mask besides the scar, it’s already known she has blood eyes, but if she talks to them directly with the mask on they act completely normal?
Either way, I just want the very satisfying revenge she will get on the family.

not to mention her very visible one of a kind red eyes
I'm still surprised that they haven't noticed her birth mark being gone like you could see it through the mask if she had it.

Oh, so turns out the Aunt wasn’t really the reason for yumeko’s mom’s death, it was the mom who gambled a bit too much. I actually feel bad for the aunt who tried to help this family but got thwarted by yumeko’s insane love for gambling lol, rip
hello, too lazy to go through comments but not too lazy to type out what I just read through the novel + the extras. I binged this story in one night, it was so good, im really happy about it. You should read it, google the story name + novel and you can find the translations easily.
for those wondering about the extras or how its different ending in the novel, here’s what I found (obvious spoilers ahead):
- the main couple go to the land killian was granted, living happily maintaining the territory. He doesnt plan to inherit the dukedom at all
- the author K stayed in Rhyse’s (Lise in the novel) body, and created a mess trying to force the main story still, making the mom + dad hate her, and clith falling out of love. the imperial family stripped her of everything and sent her to monastery in the end
- clith was able to move on and inherit the dukedom so our couple could still be happy YIPPEE
- main couple had two kids in the end, and the brother’s parents love their grandkids dearly. I liked their parents so im happy after dealing with Lise they could be happy again
- the maid anna and the accountant (lenon? The stoic guy edith did paperwork for) got together
- hinted at that the princess still ended up with the prince from neighboring country
- btw Chu Sona, our MC’s past life was able to have a dream about after her death, her bro got arrested for killing her, her parents cried for her but also was worried about the bro’s jail sentence too, and her coworkers regretted their rudeness, and her bf was regretful too. Since sona ended up w/ killian, she appreciated the closure
theres about 25 chapters of extras in the novels, so if you liked the story id say just go ahead and read them ^_^:
I can't take that name Clith seriously (￣∇￣") It sounds awful like the word...nevermind LMAO , I prefer naming him Cliff (≧∀≦). Anyway thanks for this...Although I'm still around Ch.60, I wanted to know who the author was...

hmm thats a good point. If they’re making killian take the dukedom after “training” then my guess is cliff (in the manhwa) goes to find the rhyse who has her OG soul back
side note, as we saw in the manhwa, K the author said Edith’s chara and abusive past was to be a folly for the sweet innocent kind Rhyse, and Edith scoffed and said you don’t know rhyse then. Then we learned that Rhyse was willing to sacrifice 13 isekai’d people to get the ending she wanted, so my presumption was them showing rhyse isn’t that angelic character ya know
so back to theorizing, in the manhwa they have cliff saying to rhyse like “ik all the bad things about you and I still love and accept you” (before the yacht incident) so he’ll find OG rhyse and they will idk find a nice secluded house and live together.
A yuri rhyse and OG Edith would’ve been funny tho hehe…. Lets ditch these men and fall in love with each othet
