I enjoy every single character in this manwha. Theyre all giving batshit crazy depresssed dystopian survivor vibes. Nobody stays kind in a fucked up world after all. I love the whole vibe of this manwha. I just wish they wont end up glorifying the rape. Like let it be more of a stockholm syndrome vibe where mc hates seme but cant live without him anymore. Or mc just ends killing him at some point. The plot is already good, but itll become stale once they add romantic cute vibes to it. The problem with rape in the story isnt really the rape, cause its fiction after all, but the way its usually portrayed. If youre gonna write fcked up shit better keep it fcked up till the end and dont do a switcharoonie and suddenly make it seem like rape is romantic.

Yeah, like in all honesty, rape in bl has always been used in a weird way. Rape isnt a start to some sunshine and rainbows plot, its a start to some real fuvked up psychological sht. And even the real fcked up plots always ends in romance. Like ive seen a lot psychological horror bls that end in such a disappointing way.

And with rape or sexual assault or emotional abuse I've seen it so much in bl that I'm not even phased nor surprised it's there. I do enjoy the character developments but I'm lowkey tired of seeing happy endings. Some stories like Waterside Night I feel are more fitting for that happy ending but something like this doesn't need one. Especially with the deteriorated mental state and psychotic nature of the characters

Like the undeniable pull is supposed to be because your souls will always remember and love one another even when you dont remember your past lives. Why cant they write it like that in omegaverse as well, like make fated pairs mors romantic and shit.
