I read the first 6 chapters and I didn't understand anything about the contract or the invitation whole thing .. can someone explain how did they know each other or what was going on?

i don’t think they actually knew each other beforehand. i’m pretty sure the woman goes around to find ppl that are struggling and makes a deal with them to join the paradise¿ i don’t really remember what happened but i think that having an invitation gives you more privileges so you’d basically be like a special guest. i’m pretty sure the mc knew that an invitation was better than a contract cos he has that nine eye thingy.

He didn't know that an invitation is better than a contract from his nine eyes, it's because of his memories. Remember how he died in the first chapter and that he wanted to go back? So Gula, the god(?), gave his memory back. In his memory, it all started from him signing a contract with that woman until his death (Chap 1). So of course now he knows to not sign a contract and get an invitation instead because contract is basically like a slave contract lmao.

The contract is like a slave-contract. You get paid in advance but then transported into the tutorial without anything: information, privileges, no nothing, and I think you'll be tied to the company you have a contract with. On the other hand, an invitation is like, a free pass, you get to come in as a guest rather than a slave. You get information (though he barely got any 'cuz it's unexpected, he's supposed to get the contract), you get to have privileges inside the tutorial, and it basically means, you're no push-over, 'cuz you're invited. It raises your chances of survival too.
The mc died but wished on a goddess to go back, and then the current mc had a dream of his past (future?) life, he remembers vague things from it, that's how he knew what's gonna happen, the difference between an invitation and a contract, who that girl is (she's the same person who introduced him to the paradiso, though he got the slave contract then).
So now, unlike before, he's got to come in as a guest rather than a slave, with privileges, restored power (his eyes), and an ace-in-the-hole information from his dream.

Yep, basically. Except, he bargained for the invitation. He wasn't supposed to be invited, but contracted. But because he knows that the contract is a trap, he asked to be invited instead. The girl couldn't refuse because apparently, there was a prophecy concerning him (it was mentioned as they bargain), and the goddess (the same goddess who granted his wish in the past) already hinted the girl that she'll have to give the invitation to him.
Jiyoung (the chairwoman) gives Ray vibes from noblesse like she barely speaks and so powerful
Female version of Ray, and somehow Kayden resembles Frankenstein but a lone wolf. imo.
Yeah, they definitely share the same personalities but in their own way
