Actually there are animals who only have one posterior orifice called a cloaca so it is possible to reproduce through the ”anus” as long as there is a reproductive system attached. Also they never mentioned a new exterior hole only the addition of a vagina and uterus ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I mean for a homo sapien structure cloaca is not suitable
So if you see the human structure as it is the digestive system to the rectum is perfectly different.

Haha, I think I’m overthinking this way too much too. When reading omegaverse I’ve always imagined omegas having some sort of cloaca in the back but a cartilaginous wall like what you’re describing makes more sense in the context of technological enhancement (≧∀≦)

See ya know I've one more explanation..in woman the ureter and vagina holes are different but attached together like that only in males if anus and the vagina hole are attached together it can make much more sense and satisfactory explanation...
