my theory is that she’s not a clone at all. Someone else said that she perhaps traded her memories for something else and I think that’s correct. Maybe the ml said something to trigger her wanting to erase her memories, and that’s why he says that he killed her. He most likely blames himself for the “death” of the old reiko but is starting to have feelings for the reiko in the present, so he’s confused and angry at himself for feeling that way. There’s no way that generic terra isnt apart of the cause of her memory loss, if I read the story right then generic terra is like earth 2.0, maybe they erased reiko’s memories as an experiment to make people leave the city.

I know not a lot of people like the mc because of sum spoilers, but if you were in that situation, would you be able to change fate? She’s realistic and I like that about her, she doesn’t have a savior complex or hero complex, she simply tries to survive the best that she can.

Yeah. I understand. We need to have some empathy to the MC also. But what I'm angry at is the author.
Why on earth the queen proceeded to have miserable life till the end and the MC proceeded to get a harem. HAREM!
I feel better if she managed to survive while feeling regretful that she didn't manage to save the queen. But a harem??? Really???
It’s a crime that they just left that cliff hanger…. never ending tears. I’m in so much pain
