It looks very much like the story described by OP apart there is no marriage here. But this story is heartbreaking, the Uke looks so lonely and the Seme too... I love that Author very much and will read her other stories. This brings nostalgia.
I just finished reading it and u r right it does look like the story from the description, no i am sure its the same story. I was doing ok at the end of chpt 5 I was like he is still hurt but he seems to be moving on slowly but chpt 7 other guys perspective BOOM it hit me with emotional waves
