I have so many questions.
Just when I thought I was starting to get the hang of the plot, it gets complicated again.
I’m reading season 2 right now, and it’s a whole new plot? I thought FL went to another nation to search for something but suddenly she’s into politics? And why is she acting so mature and noble all of the sudden? She feels very distant from the FL from season 1, almost like she’s not the same person?
I have absolutely no idea about what’s going on in season 2. And I have to say it took a me a while to fully understand what’s going on in season 1, I almost dropped the series but thankfully it got better around 40 ish chapters, that’s where I started to finally undertand what’s going on. But now that I finished season 1 and started reading season 2 I’m confused again. Also, I have to ask, why is there no mention of ghosts anymore? This whole webtoon started off based on her ability to see and communicate with ghosts, but now that ability is completely written off? Where is this plot going exactly?

How did you know it's him and not the bodyguard dude?
Well, i can Imagine satoko saying something like “live” or “even if my time is up you still have a future ahead” and considering shinpei stopped killing for a while just because satoko said so, he’s also capable of doing that for her sake. i know she cares about the bodyguard guy but I don’t think she’d write him something when she has shinpei and maybe she left the letters as a goodbye or to give him strength to get by when she’s gone. The old guy at chapter 1 talks as if he’s still longing for someone who’s long gone, waiting patiently. I think we know only shinpei is crazy enough to do that, a normal person would’ve just moved on honestly.
Also, he says he got married to someone he fell in love with when hes been told not to, so I think it’s obvious
I don't think that "a normal person would have moved on" statement is true. I know a bunch of people who never moved on after their spouse passed. They continued their life of course but their spouse was the one and they never had another.
