In vol 3, Sera is seen by Muromiya to be going out shopping outside with a “girl” They met by coincidence. This “girl” was clinging and holding tight onto Sera’s arm and Muromiya was like “Oh soRrY Am I iNtErupting something?” And wanted to leave them be but before he could do so, Sera hold onto Muromiya and turns out the “Girl” that Sera was with is actually his brother who just loves dressing up as a girl. I’m not really sure about this part but I think Sera tells his brother about their relationship but his brother didn’t really want to accept their relationship. He said something like “ Oh you think relationship between 2 men is easy?” Yeah so it goes on. But in the end, the brother does eventually accept Muromiya and then good end :) also do note that I can’t guarantee 100% accuracy with this short summary I’ve made haha I apologise ♂
