Blind guy is not the tigress husband...... It's the guy that blind guy fought, the one carrying the axe is the tigress husband.
You see the tigress died in order to protect his husband, while his husband was unable to do anything. So, after getting beaten by villager and got hit with rock on head, the husband lost his mind. Because of guilt of his wife sacrifice, he started believing that his wife is still alive, inside him, as he started wearing her dress. He Probably felt unfair for him wife and guilty leading to believing that he was the tigress and so after his death, he started taking revenge, believing himself as tigress searching for his husband for revenge but while in actual he himself is the husband.

It because of blind guy power when stabbing the tigress husband that they got to see the memory of the husband, the real story of tigress and tigress husband unlike the folklore.

I'm gonna try my best to explain this in a way that's not confusing, I may not remember all the details or be 100% correct on all of them. So, there's a poor guy just doing his usual work and he sees a very beautiful woman staring back at him, but she's a highborn. Some time later he prays to Buddha in order to know where to find the lady he saw earlier, and Buddha leads him to the forest, where he finds out that she's a Tigress. A little time skip, tiger lady tells her brothers about her love, younger brother is not accepting and doesn't want her to marry the poor guy, but the older brother is carefree and wants her to pick what she truly wants. And he gives his sister his old ring to propose to the poor dude. They marry each other and are happy, a little time skip again, Tigress is fighting two Jeongseongs (I think that's how you spell it) or also know as ascendants. They're planning on killing her because she's a human-eating demon. But her husband comes into the forest to look for her as the are fighting and finds out that she eats humans and is going to be killed. The ascendants tell him that he will have to pay for her crimes unless he kills her. He obviously can't bring himself to kill her so she kills herself so he can be free. Time skip, the husband meets his wife's older brother again, and the older brother tells him something along the lines of "you could have sold the ring and started a new life somewhere else." So the husband finds out that her brothers sold her out after making a deal with the ascendants. That's why the younger brother didn't want her to marry the man because she would die. So the husband goes crazy on his ass because of what he just found out. The village then beats up the husband and nearly kills him, and he has to leave his village and go to another one. At his new village he's know as the crazy guy who's dead Tigress wife's spirit is in him. Eventually he ends up starving himself to death

The ascendants find out that they will be punished for meddling with the husband's fate because they are not allowed to mess with the fates of mortals, obviously not wanting to be punished or demoted, one of the ascendants does something weird to his body and places a curse or spell onto the husband's corspe to somehow hide the evidence of what they did. Husband breaks free and becomes a vengeful spirit, hence why Munryeong and Jae are called to deal with his evil spirit. In no way are Munryeong(blind man) and Jae(the boy) related to them.

And for the part where Munryeong is in a coma, I'm gonna assume you know the reason why he's in a coma. Jae is taking care of blind man while he's asleep, without any regard for his own health. And as stated in the story before Jae is very sensitive and shouldn't be in hot environments, but he's trying he's best to keep Munryeong warm and safe. He eventually ends up passing out from the heat and shrinking a ton but a bit of snow seeps through the door and lands on him causing him to go crazy and burst through the door to the nearest body of water that he can submerge himself in. He comes back to where Munryeong is sleeping in a more matured form and eats at him. After realizing what he's done he eats his own arm to satiate his hunger and calls for help. The little girl arrives and does a ritual on Munryeong, but the ritual causes Jae to fall into a coma as well. He finds himself sharing the same dream as Munryeong and the dream is about Munryeong's past life as a human. Hopefully that helped, I tried to minimize it as best as possible. (P.S. I accidentally deleted everything I wrote that took me like an hour to write
