Okay, so that chinese guy was Kang Jinha classmate in China. He helped Jinha learn chinese and they became very good friends. One day (in high school) Kang Jinha was looking at old picture of him and Go Siwon, which he took when they were kids. Chinese guy asks him about Siwon and Jinha says that Siwon is his dear treasure. Chinese guy became furious. The next moment Kang Jinha started to get being bullied by his classmates. He didn't do anything until chinese guy comes to the rescue. He took Jinha on the rooftop and long story short, chinese guy kissed Jinha. And plot twist - chinese guy payed Jinha's classmates to bully him.
But its actually turns out that Jinha doesn't love chinese guy. He was shown to be somewhat uncomfortable or indifferent when chinese guy would try to kiss him.

They were at chinese guy's house, playing some sort of game and Kang Jinha had lost (again) and so chinese guy dared Jinha to kiss him while thinking about someone he loves. At first Kang Jinha was against it, but did it in the end. The thing is that Jinha wasn't thinking about chinese guy when he did it. And he left after that.
