From what I understood. (This is going to be a long summary).

-Hirono (older bro) & Seono (younger bro) = fraternal twin.

- Hirono is an alpha I assume bc during the part where the doctor informed their mother one (Seono) of the twins was going to be an omega, the doctor said it could be a risk raising that child up in a house FULL OF ALPHA.

- Has a childhood friend named Yuuma.

- Along the way of growing up, Hirono developed feelings for Yuuma although the mangaka doesn't really draw out the process of it but you can tell by the blush marks on Hirono's face when the two met near a bulletin board that showed apartments rental info.

- After the bulletin scene, Yuuma and Hirono was going to go buy reference books but Yuuma forgot his wallet in the classroom so he went back to the school to go get it but when he open the classroom door he found an in-heat Seono. At that point everything, concious-wise, went out the door for him and so he lost himself to lust and his "instinct" took over which resulted in him raping Seono and impregnating & marking the younger brother.

- When Hirono found out, he was devastated from the news and couldn't bare being near the two that's why he referenced to the two beetles. Therefore he moved away to Tokyo.

- Years later, Hirono recieved news that Seono died from an illness (this was the start of chapter 1). He went to the funeral.

- When he spotted Yuuma with their (Seono's) daughter at the funeral, he ran back to Tokyo.

- (Ch. 3) Couple of months later Hirono returns back to the countryside due to his mother telling him he needed to return asap.

- He met Yuuma and the daughter at Seono's gravestone.

- Yuuma led Hirono to his apartment to show Hirono something.

- That something was letters meant to be sent to Hirono from Seono but was never sent.

- In the letters, it contained Seono's day activities and how he knew that Hirono was in love with Yuuma and that he was sorry for taking his older brother's important person but found happiness in his relationship with Yuuma. He also stated that he hated being an omega and that maybe getting sick was a punishment to him for the hurt he caused Hirono and that he wishes Hirono to be happy and not regret leaving the countryside and not keeping in touch.

OMG! FIRST OF ALL THANK YOU VERY MUCH! AND DANG IT! POOR HIRONO I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE THE PAIN HE WENT THROUGH.

No problem! I felt bad for both brothers to be honest. Sure, Hirono had his crush stolen but if you think about it. . the younger brother really didn't get to have a choice in choosing his own partner. He was raped (it looked like it) and bitten without much of a choice.

YEAH. AND YUUMA TOO URG.I DON'T WANT TO BLAME HIM BUT JUST URG SO FRUSTRATING
