I’m actually really glad reading about the hiatus.... of course I’m anxious to read more, but the author taking a longer time to prepare for season 3 makes me a lot more optimistic about what’s to come!! Working on a tight schedule can be damaging to the creative process, and if she has the time to stock up on chapters and ideas it’ll be awesome. And of course she’ll also have time to take a vacation for herself which will be great, she surely deserves it.
I prefer to wait more for a better storyline than wait less for something not that good.
Honestly I know this is controversial, but I’ll say it anyways: for me, I didn’t like second season all that much in general. BUT WAIT, don’t come at me just yet. It’s not like I hated it or anything like that, of course we saw great moments like Seungho’s confession and flashbacks of his difficult past.
The drawings are also great as always (my boy Seungho has been getting progressively hotter if that’s even possible), but plot wise second season suffered from dragging way too much certain plot points and building up tension for events that never actually reached a satisfying climax (yeah kidnapping arc I’m looking at you).
I hope to see more well developed conflicts on third season, I’m actually excited for more well articulated villains to appear, like Seungho’s father for example, and even In Hun’s return.
I’m also excited to see how Seungho’s and Nakyum’s shift in dynamic will work!!! Hoping for season 3 to be great!

I’m loving this but asides from the main CP most characters disturb me a bit

Coming back here to make theories about why blondie smirked creepily like that:

1) He was never actually raped by MC and it was all a psychopathic ploy to make MC his
2) He still plans on getting revenge from what MC did to him by making MC like him
3) MC never actually raped him but blondie mistakingly believes he did and tries to get revenge but regrets later
4) Blondie is actually that superior MC was in love with (okay this one is way too wild but the two actually look alike asides from the hair)

DAMMIT I swear I actually felt chills from that creepy face in the end, my heartbeat really sped up! That was horrifying! The chapter was all heartfelt drama and fluffy hugs for a moment and then suddenly we into killing stalking or something

May not be accurate, read this awhile ago, I don’t remember much ! Also SPOILERS!

I find the brothers story arc quite tragic.
The younger one clearly hates the older because of all the years of abuse, and tries cursing him to death along with their father. Older bro, who abused his brother out of crazy jealousy and repression of his twisted lust, is insanely in love with his younger bro and decides to allow him to kill him and the father because that’s what the younger wishes for (we’ve seen this in most recent chapters).
But then the older bro catches younger bro masturbating thinking of another and can’t repress himself anymore therefore raping him.
They have intense rounds of sex until younger bro passes out, and then the older cleans him and takes care of his wounds.
He leaves for a brief moment and catches the ghost MC leaving the manor, but when he comes back to check on younger bro, he’s all drenched in blood.... He coughs blood even as the older one desesperatdly holds him and soon passes out leaving older bro in desperate anguish. It was really one of the most heartbreaking scenes of the story until now for me.
The next day a servant finds older bro holding the younger one, both covered in blood, while the room stenches of death.
I think the main characters go to the burial of the younger bro, while the older one is in a comma.
The last chapter of the Raws (end of season 1 I think) shows older bro waking up. I may be wrong on this but I think older bro will try to extract revenge, since younger bros death seems to have been related to ghosts and he may blame the ghost MC somehow. If older bro is going to be a future villain going against the main couple in the second season imma hand it to the author for making one hell of a tragic villain, seriously interesting backstory there.
But well, honestly I was so shocked and upset by younger bros death, he DID NOT deserve it at all..... so heartbreaking!
Honestly I really hated his death... I get he did wrong by messing with black magic trying to kill his family, but poor kid, he was abused by said family all life and saw no way out... Even at the end he was raped, abused till the end.... I wished he came back in the story but I doubt he will.
I guess the best we can hope is that he reincarnates in a better life.

Okay so I confess I was lowkey shipping fox dude and white haired yandere for a while, so the fox saying he viewed Taeryong as a son...... Well, Taeryong really is in a unrequited love over there. Sadly I don’t think this ship will sail anymore :(

So I stopped at chapter 11. I’ll probably have to take a breath or something before I come back to read this.... Because MC really pissed me off. I really applaud Taejun for wanting to stay faithful to his current lover, and what MC did by pleading him to have an affair with him was just plain disgusting (although I still think Taejun shouldn’t have slapped him). Anyways I get MC said this out of despair, but I’ll keep reading this imagining that he wouldn’t really have an affair with Taejun while he’s dating someone else and that he only said this in the heat of the moment. I don’t care if the current lover is a bad person or whatever, it’d still be cheating!!!
