So the left sperm was of yiyi's which was under fengfeng's name. And before he could tell yiyi anything about this or put it back into name of yiyi's , the sperms got stolen by this double faced bitch aunt. She thought it was fengfeng's and she got some donor for it and now rourou's little brother/sister has born. (from yiyi's sperm)
