Bcs he doesn't see him as just a servant. Small things like that. But of course he's also done bad things like slap Nakyum when he yelled at him. This might be bcs he was taught that he is higher than others so he doesn't like to be treated like that by someone who he thinks is below him. I'm not excusing the things he's done btw. I hope he can learn to give affection as the story continues.
