When Cael/Kael (seen different translations for his name) is named Duke and he has to go negotiate in a foreign country. Before he leaves for his long trip he goes into Hestia's room and all night long they snu snu. Cael is very manipulative trying to gain Hestia's love lol pretty funny when he tells her to give up on revenge so she can focus more on him.
When will Cael become a Duke? (≧∀≦)

From what I remember the events are like this.
Baron Photos trying to get a lot of investors. Diana invests full force with church donations....provoked by hearing Hestia's premonition which she wants to prove wrong.
Kael sneaks into Hestia's room and gives her deep long kiss she thinks it's a dream.
Emperor tells Kael at the cabinet meeting he will give the title of Duke to Kael.
Diana tries to win Kael back and gives him a bag with a bracelet she made....he throws it into the fire cuz he loves Hestia.
Diana breaks her friendship with Harmonia rumors spreading Diana wants Kael back. Harmonia goes north to take care of Attica estate(Hestia's territory).
Duke title is bestowed on Kaelus. During celebration at their mansion he tells Hestia he wants to become real couple but she is uneasy about it. Kaelus agreed to wait for her response but during the wait they can never divorce(Devilish Kael mode on).
More on the same night this is when the first holding hands occurs. Kael knocks on her door and says he wants to sleep while holding her hand uses puppy mode to get his way.
Merchant ship goes down truth about Diana and church investing leaks to the nobles because of Diana arguing with Hestia in a hallway (I think?).
Just gonna add in the novel once Hestia's first prophecy comes true Helios forces Hestia to be his secretary so he can keep a close eye on her. So this bring more situations of Hestia working with Helios and bumping into Diana. It works for Hestia cuz she can also keep a eye on them and plan more. In the webtoon she is not Helio's secretary.
Kael gets mission to go negotiate to another country to stop a war that was prophesize by Hestia.
Hestia worried for Kael and has insomnia hears knock at door and snu snu happens.
