Love this episode, as usual. But can you imagine the mental and physical toll of being Lloyd's personal knight? You try to become a league of your own and your master just does the craziest shits and you can't do anything to help him. Javier has to be feeling a little, if not entirely, like a failure of a knight that can't protect his master. Remember when Lloyd was in a coma? Javier made up his mind to put other people before his master. Since then, he has prioritized Lloyd's safety over others' because saving Lloyd means saving A LOT of people. And now, his master is frozen solid because he failed to protect him AGAIN, even after becoming a legendary swordmaster. His master put his (Javier) life and the others' before his (Lloyd) own AGAIN. Man, that has got to be dreadful. To fail time and time again to protect the master you swore to serve.
