After all those heartbreaks, damn the ending was so satisfying that it made me burst into tears. At first I was debating whether it is better for them to be together cause no matter what they do, they kinda hurt each other unconciously. But the creator established the ending real well. And my heart was throbbing when Skyler keeps on saying "dont leave me" to Yeondeok and the scene at the beach really broke my heart（/TДT)/ this is a masterpiece!

In my own interpretation, i do think its a confession but not of a love. Nakyum just recently broke his heart and Seungho is conviently there. Nakyum lets Seungho heal his wounds in a thought that "it is the way it should be". He's wreck that he totally gave up on his feelings and let his body decides instead. Then we have Seungho who now acts based on his emotion. Well a character development I guess. I think our lord caught up in a bad romance. In short, we can say there's two more lonely people in the world and its not gonna be fine.
