I think so. The premise of the organ transplant does not sit right with me. Did she know the full repercussions or was she just a child accepting? Also, was she treated as a boy before (since her name is katie) and not have a chance to explore feminine wiles or is she a tomboy, or does she not care about gender, or was she treated as a replacement for her cousin? So many questions

Narumi and Hirotaka are gonna be engaged in 10 years at the speed we're going in their relationship, while nao and kou will be married and Koyanagi and Kabakura will have at least 1-2 children. Right now it seems they have an elevated friendship instead of dating
