Wait i’m kinda lost… which panel are you referring to? Lol. But I doubt he would do it with just any adult or would even attempt to do it now that he’s going out with Tamaki (although it’s only for a limited time). It’s not like he was fucking with just anyone before tho? So I’m kinda confused with your comment. As far as I can remember, Shii has only ever slept with Takumi and that’s just because he looks like Tamaki. And even when he did all that with him, he realized that he wasn’t completely satisfied unless it’s with Tamaki. Hence, Shii turned down Takumi despite him offering that he would “comfort” him things doesn’t go well with Tamaki.
But I do get your frustrations with Shii. Dude’s way too horny. He should exert more effort in keeping himself in check, but it’s good that he’s at least self-aware.

I can’t really see Shii doing it with someone else as long he’s still with Tamaki. He might only do it if their agreement gets broken off earlier than planned coz of a huge conflict or sumn which I kinda sense happening for some reason.
