I hope that Lucas is the second male lead, or at least has romantic feelings towards Laura that don’t get destroyed by ‘other fl’. I know that ‘other fl’ did nothing wrong and Lucas as well, his only fault being falling for someone else and leading our lovely Laura on, but even so I cannot help but detest their relationship. Lucas is such a cute and sweet boy and the him now really deserves Laura.
My theory is that Lucas will become the hero, but Laura, being a Royal Compounder, will also join the siege and Lucas will give all his attention to Laura instead of ‘other fl’ but Roko will eventually surpass Lucas.
But honestly, I’m all for Lucas right now.

Okay so I can understand that the fl is trying to escape from her own (and perhaps another’s) misery, but until I know more about her reason for this she’s ruining someone else’s life for her own happiness. He’s happy living his life the way he is. If the only thing she’s trying to run from is love then why can’t she just marry someone else? Literally every single man in the kingdom wants to marry her. If she can’t take no for an answer then why did she even bother asking in the first place ugh bitch
She can't just marry someone else. She was engaged to the King of Severus. She couldn't break off their engagement for someone with a lower title, cause it would be super insulting to that king. She chose Regan cause he's the king's son and unmarried cause of his bad reputation, so the king and her family can give no excuse for giving their blessings.
So why didn't she just marry the king of Severus if anyone would do? Cause she wanted to stay in her home country. She's obviously still in love with Hector (she was watching him through the window, cause he was probably the conductor in the Royal Orchestra in chap11 page16). Not sure if she's gonna act on it or is just satisfied watching from a distance. Either way, Regan is perfect again cause he's a playboy and will probably have affairs during their marriage. So he won't care/can't say anything if she started something with Hector.
I’m okay with them being together, but at the moment they’re just too similar to siblings to be accepted by society. I hope some sort of incident happens where Hari must be isolated from the family, therefore proving her family name useless and possibly even causing her to lose it (re-demoted to a commoner?) then Eugene saving her. Though this time, the time they spend a part will only cause their feelings to grow and make them realise how much they need each other.
She is already somewhat famous among society, if Lavender Cordis called her ‘rumoured Hari Ernst’, so it’ll be even more difficult for high society to truly accept the love between two siblings, albeit adopted.
