I mean, even if she knows the future, it doesn't mean she knows her abilities. Who knows, maybe the apprentice really wasn't ready yet at that age (which was why she had to wait for another year to apply). Yet, she still continued on and supported her.

In my province, I managed my grandma's sari sari store. Usually, after asking what they want, I would give it to them first and they would give me the payment afterwards. One time, this dude asked for coke (i had to place it in a plastic bag cuz my grandma told me to keep the bottles). I was so caught up in fixing his drink that I forgot to ask him for payment. He just left like that. My stress levels were so high while I was praying that my grandma would never find out.
