In the main story she ends up with no one. It's more of an open ending. But there is a whole set of side stories (it's still ongoing iirc and there's alot) so maybe the endgame might be there.

Tbh, tho people call him shallow, I think this, in its purest essence, is a form of love for him. Something he truly and genuinely likes and not just because someone told him to like it.
For the silent witch, it's more on admiration. For Monica, she reminds him of the past. The moment you could say he truly fell for her was during the trial arc (also the one where Monica revealed herself as the silent witch).
It gave me the ick at first but after knowing what the dude went through, he really needs some slack. I think his love for Monica is acceptable.
