I just read it on a spoiler somebody posted. This is a spoiler LIKE MAJOR SPOILER PLEASE BE WARNED AND GO AWAY.
The emperor will marry a lot of woman. Pauliana will guard one of the concubines and they'll be friends. I can't exactly remember the spoiler was like written but I remembered Pauliana will also mary somone older(?) I forgot. But she will marry. Then, the concubine and Pauliana will be kind of friends.
Then, a major spoiler, one day the emperor and Pauliana gets drunk and they do it. And Pauliana ends up getting pregnant and goes away so she can raise the child on her own. Dude at this point I dunno which came first but you get it. More crying times. I can't remember about the spoilers about what happened after she runs away with the emperors child. So yeah. Your choice.

honestly, i like jin more for him. i hope they’ll end up with each other even if i know it’s impossible. if they won’t then, i hope there’s a character that’ll make him fall and ofcourse loves him.
