Tbh, him being neutral was kinda sketchy especially the fact that on the past life the rest of the imperial siblings were being killed off 1 by 1 -- but then what we only knew so far is until the part where Prince William died so we're not sure on how the previous story panned out after FL died, what if Jermel had planned this all along and wanted to usurp the throne. I might be wrong, 4th prince might also be that kind of man who is pretending on the outside but actually a villain. That would be a great twist.
