you aren't strategically thinking about the possible outcomes if it had been done beforehand before the evidence gathering process, park moon seob is insane and rich, of course everyone is going to take his side when he does a little lying and bribing to save his own ass, partially because he is a great manipulator and partially because not everyone will believe and take eunsungs side with the "bad" way he was presented in the articles. eunsung and soohyun were being thoughtful and they knew that the strategies used by park to bring them down in court would work well if their side wasn't strong and backed up enough. imo the plot is great and it's not unnecessarily long. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
