Well, it's uncommon for an omegaverse story to have something like "bitching" bc alphaxalpha (or RARELY AlphaxEnigma) pairs isn't really a mainstream thing. But, when a story have that dynamic, it's most likely that one of them will be pregnant or "get bitched" and turned into an omega. I can recommend you a story that has it, if you want.
