I read the @sura chapter 119. And translation is more important that clean up and editing. They had the MC call the woman a whore instead of a concubine, which felt so obviously wrong in the context of who the MC has been shown and developed as a character.

And it definitely felt like it was pandering to a specific type of audience as there’s just NO WAY he called that woman whore after saying he didn’t expect for them to be knocked out for 4 days.

Spoiler, three reasons why this is a heavy drop.

1. Even if you don’t mind harems I still HIGHLY recommend to avoid this cause in the light novel Lefi gave the three girls (you know, the ones that were grown as their daughters) permission to marry him when they get older and become his wives. And he’s down for it and three girls are “down” for it. (Down is in quotes cause they’re straight up just being groomed)

2. Harems can be done reasonably, this is not one cause her logic for being alright with everyone is that they’ll die soon eventually, especially the hero. Which is crazy to think about.

3. It’s just not interesting anymore even as isekai slop. Nothing is happening and Lefi is still more important, and the point is for MC to get stronger than her. But he piggybacked on her status for so long to just keep adding random kids (cause they’re mainly kids) into his harem. You can’t be boring and a crime!

The FL and ML are the only two characters I can genuinely enjoy in this (outside of Arke cause she’s not actively present in the story).

Ridiculous, how did that pink bitch escape for days and not our MC and her maid after WEEKS of planning?!!! And they just moved pass their plans being foiled! I wanted to see her travel for atleast a year, that pathetic ML doesn’t deserve forgiveness when he’s only just started to redeem himself, he tormented Lily for nearly 2 years!!!!!

I wanted Charolette and Lily sisterhood scenes, I wanted Lily to be happy away from everything, but instead I’m thrusted into some spirit catching extravaganza then a switch to the shitty aunt.

I like how complex these characters are at times. But I’m tired of FLs having to deal with MLs antics cause now they feel bad. I am rooting for FL and her maid, come on, after talking to their blonde hair Duke heir about traveling the world, how can she NOT travel the world.

I can love with the FL getting with the ML, I don’t care much for their relationship tbh. HOWEVER, I need to see FL genuinely happy and carefree without the ML and her shitty family breathing down her back.

It’s obvious this is the Grand Duke and the grand swordsman backstory but damn do I low-key not want to read it :(((((

Sometimes the pacing and plot developments were all over the place but the vision was completely felt. I really love the story and how it inter webs each character’s life with one another. I could also genuinely say that when it comes to this genre of manwhas, this is a refreshing reincarnation direction I’ve never seen before.

Our FL does not end up with her past lover.
Our FL does not fix her old life.
Our FL ends up not with a prince, Duke or some rich man or mage but just a man who genuinely loves her. In that sense the only other in this genre I can compare it to is KTV. Solid read tho and I hope their kid is a witch or something.

Id love this manwha if Kitty straight up just kills the cats. The shock factor would be perfect and I’m tired of seeing FLs do their long revenge plot for either some other character to kill them or just merely arrests them.

The ML carries the plot even in other people’s THOUGHTS.

Stayed for the twink panels, laughed at the pacing of the plot. They’d fight for two panels then serve face and body for three panels. A conflict would sometimes start and be solved within the span of the same chapter.

Respect the pure hatred from him. That’s next level dedication tbh.
