I don’t think Yul will stay with his dad. The author has been hinting that although Jun and Jiwhan aren’t the most conventional parents, doing things the conventional way aren’t necessarily needed to get the happy ending. Jun’s convo with Jiwhan when he learned the baby will go back to his parents shows that.
They’ll get their happy ending with Yul, hopefully.
