Dark and twisted, completely fucked up and bad. Another take on the slice of life fun anf fluffy isekai, rare to see these kinds. Although the torture makes me very uncomfortable because I'm an empath ;( It's all fiction anyways so that's enabling me to read these different takes
Although there's wayyy too much ecchi that just makes everything go bleh. zworth the read because the story was good enough to outweigh the annoying ecchi

However, the story was very confusing at times, would recommend trying it out. Plot twists are strong as well

So MC went back in time, killed Kazuma before he ever committed genocide, then slept in waiting. He then collides into the real MC in the present, along with Gekko and sends both of them back to restore balance. But since he went back in time, he replaced the MC that went back in time and came back to the present?
TL;DR
MC timeline: Travel back in time, sleep to present and meets MC of that timeline, sends MC of second timeline to the past, and this loop infinitely continues...
Fluffy, funny, I want to marry the MC since he's ideal life partner, fun too.
You can skip all the Lolicons' dialogue except chapter 38 since it barely contributes, although they're pretty funny

Personally I skip all the sex, but the manga is very funny and uses the ecchi in a way that's actually pretty reasonable in the plot (the 777x libido stat)
