I went on novel forum bc i felt nosy. The ml is eeron, which ngl, i feel like is the best option. I know a million complaints are gonna start coming.
And no, they aren’t half siblings or anything like that. I’m not even sure if they can be considered step siblings. Ml is an orphan who got taken into the family one-sidedly, through the chairman. The chairman is simply his guardian. Eeron has no relationship with Mc or her mom. And mc isnt even the chairman’s biological child.
I love the lifespan aspect, where everyone’s aware of how long mc has left.
Also, does the emperor like his other children? Or is it a “im a father of 4 kids but I only show affection to the mc.”
I like the series, but the romance made me so anxious. I typed this series in google and found a mtl translation up to around ch 89. I still feel iffy about the white hair guy, im not sure if ill ever get into his character. It feels somewhat bland compared to the other characters that appear.
Romance aside, i really like the director from the recent chapters. Id lowkey love a story just about him and his life. Even though he doesn’t seem to be a romantic interest, id rather see him than the white hair guy.
Anyone have a rival’s to lovers that isnt a love triangle/angle? Something similar to Special A or Last Game?
