this is probably just me but I donāt really like how much the story gets side tracked by the duke and duchess , I wanted to read it for Clarize but almost everytime their little love story interrupts it and I just donāt like it anymore, the author shouldāve given them their own story or smthn

A convenient way to get rid a nuisance (her first life) and an influential figure at the same time (the duke by placing blame on him) with the facts sheās been gathering it should be more than enough to show that Adler isnāt the culprit yet she always jumps back to that āoh no heās the main suspectā which is starting to get annoying
I love the story but not how itās getting structured , it all feels so fast and convenient
