For Batato you make an easy and free account and find the mangas you want to read and just read them. I haven’t gotten too much into the website but when the scanlators want me to read it on batato I usually get the update from mangago and head over. It might be able to email you a notification?

Maybe you're mistaking the names. It's Feilong and Akihito Takaba (there are only five years of difference between the two).

I think the older you get the less age gaps get deranging to you. Like when you're at school you're always with the same age group and even a year older can feel like ages, but when you enter the professional world you get to live on a daily basis in the same world and as an equal to other much older people. When the working environment is pretty casual you get really familiar with people 15-20 years older than you (or 15-20 younger!), so even a relationship wouldn't really get that shocking granted you're kind of on the same stage of your life (same goals, similar maturity etc.).

Hmm 12 years age difference is actually pretty common in yaoi. If you know Junjou Terrorist, the gap is bigger. Around 17. Seme twice the age of the uke. ^^
