Ppl in the comments be saying she can't twist the words "i love you" but how many times have they been said as a lie in other mangas. It is true that the situation and the way he talked make it difficult to twist, of course. Still, she might do it thinking the lord is just lying to her in order to keep her in check and in the mansion for whatever reason for his "true" love.
Still, he said that rlly sincerily and i hope she doesn't misunderstand.

Bruh. I like this. I don't get why ppl below saying it not worth it. Some say it's confusing? Meh, not rlly. Even if it is, it's cool. No deep characters? There's enough info on the characters, in my opinion. Plus, the plot is fun, which is one of the most important things. The art is just beautiful.

I thought that was pretty mean spirited too, Lady Atierre is actually helping them and being decent about the whole sitch (not her fault that she's going to marry a guy she knows loves another woman) and had expressed understanding for him by saying she didn't wish to fall in love. - that was really out of character.
