I was kinda scared reading this cause i clicked without reading the synopsis so i didn't know which route this would take.
I kinda knew where this was going but then caught and berated myself for thinking that way as i think it's actually quite the problematic mentality to have, but then it did...
Honestly i don't have that much of a problem with dating someone who took care of you when younger as long as there was no intention from the start cause that would just be straight up grooming then. It Is weird how they everyone accepted and even pushed for it though...but whatever, it's omegaverse, common sense should not be a factor when it comes to it.
Tbh the biggest problem i had with this might've been the fact that mc looked too much like ml's brother who actually is related by blood.
Agreed! If the MC was raising the child with the intent of romancing, then that's a huge yikes and I would have dropped it immediately because grooming like that is just no.
However, when I saw that the MC explicitly stated they just didn't want the child to be alienated like he was, what was just out of sincerity, I felt better about the story. And it was also explicitly stated that Suou was not related to the family by blood at all. Just tied to the MC's family because the MC's brother is the stepdad. While this is still rather eh, it's better that Suou wasn't blood related. Just makes it an age gap.
The MC looking like ML's brother was probably just because of a lack of variation on the artist's part I think. But yeah, I see where you are coming from.
The only thing Im a bit weirded out by is that...the woman really slept with a highschool boy and while it's mentioned( and that in itself is already great for shoujos manga) and not brushed off, it still bothers me... idk
I'm also really embarrassed for them since she went to school like that.....
And tbh...his constant inferiority complex about being an m was annoying. I found it really stupid how he was trying to "save" her from the weirdness. It's not even that weird. But then i also recognize that they live in japan, one of the most sexist places in the world...and it's so I ingrained it must have been really difficult coming to terms with it.
Also, wonder if they peg
Ya know i don't feel bad for him at all cause he has his own agenda as well.
I mean, yes, it's a bit sad that he just started opening up, but he started using him(and every fuck buddy before) as a substitute for blondie who, might I add, is suspicious as hell.
I know it's normal for real life to have a first love or whatever but in real life first loves aren't that... obsessive (I've never fallen in love tho so what do I know)
Yes what do you know? Good question. Try falling deeply in love. You will see.
Some bear with it, find someone else, some need distractions==> they drink, do drug and others just sleep with people to forget the face of the one they love.
Worst people are the one who are obsessed and do everything to have the one they love no matter what (like the guy in back to school, jihyun i think).
Love make people act funny and turn sometimes obsessive
Um ok he's an asshole.
Honestly i would have preferred if she met another man and got it on with h while the Duke for some reason slowly got interested in her only to get heartbroken again and again every time he saw her leave the estate knowing what was going on and what she was going to do, and have every moment of that agonizing process feel like his heart was shattered into a million pieces only to have it ground to dust by her new heels that were a present from her new lover

That is such bullshit
