This is a mess. There's no love unless its toxic, but the writing is so we'll done you stay until the end. We love to hate the characters. Just read the tags bc there's a lot of themes some ppl aren't comfy with, so make sure you'd be okay reading.

It's not exactly cheating in the real meaning of the word. if u are into realistic heart wrenching rawness then u should definitely give it a read, it is a really really good, complicated and passionate story.

Well, the uke and the seme are in a fwb relationship, with the seme being in love with the uke while the uke in love with another third guy whom with which also has a fwb rel but it's more complicated than that..the seme is aware of all this. A lot happens and at some point the uke fcks the third guy, his love interest, all while making a promise to the seme to go see him...which he does after. So it's not technically cheating since the uke and seme are just fwb but with a little more feelings involved.
It sounds crazy, I know, but it is a really nice story

I wonder if we'll meet the guy who left her and married s magnates daughter. I thought there was a chance of him leaving for unforseen circumstances and not being able to return until she was already halfway through s romance with Mr Dalton but this is not that kind of story...
It's very refreshingly realistic in the parameters of a manhwa. The art is gorgeous as well, and the way it draws it's ladies and the fashion is beautiful and s genteel sort of way. Truly a refreshing change of pace and a delightful surprise amongst the other historical romance manhwas out here.
If there was one thing I could remark was just slightly lackluster to my personal preferences, it would be the progression of his feelings were a bit fast for me. Its a bit of a shame we didn't get to see him slowly hold her in his esteem. She's gorgeous, so I can't fault him for falling head first, alas. Still a bit of a shame since I'm only able to fully enjoy slow burns.
But I guess it adds another realistic layer to the tale. I know he would treat her right and I wish she'd love herself enough to allow it.
