Ohh wow. I'm actually so over yaoi manga it's not even funny, but this was q genuine masterpiece. First off the characters are mostly likeable or at least compelling.
Shin is a very good protagonist. He has his flaws that make him relatable, but he has genuine talent and kindness that makes people root for him
I love the male lead here. He's an actual person and actually in love, you know? Like so many other mangas the male lead is just horny, but here he is enamoured. I love how he isn't the best in everything. I love how he has so many flaws. I love how his personality is slightly twisted but still in totally acceptable limits. I'd be lying if I said I didn't relate.
I live how they're both obsessed with each other. I love how someone else doesn't even enter their field of vision. Because I believe that too. If you're in love, someone attractive kissing you, as pretty as they are, will feel horrible. I love how even though he had a kiss with the other guy, you can see his face of disgust. Because there really wasn't ever a chance.
The only negative feeling I had was towards the idol friend, but that's just cause I find him annoying lmao. Like you know that friend that if you proposed to have a trio with your so they'd say yes? That's him. I find that promiscuity repulsive but that's a me thing, so. All in all. This is really well written and I'd def recommend!
