This is like insos law but more mature. Insos law touches on mature themes too, but not in a tangential way. Feelings of loss and inferiority, being easily forgotten etc.
This one deals with it's themes more head first, but in a very mature and realistic way. We've all lost loved ones, and sh and bullying is sadly far too common. It's an intrinsic part of her past, and a big reason of why she is today the way she is. But it doesn't eclipse her as a character. It explains a lot of her motives, but it's not her only driving force. It just feels really realistic and I love her so much.
I see so much of myself in her I just want to hug her and tell her everything is going to be alright.
The scene when she was visiting her mother and only felt as a guest was the moment i knew this was not like insos law, both are great, i liked insos law better when i was in highschool but now, i can definitely relate to this more, i agree that it feels more mature and in touch with reality
Kinda disappointed this and such a great start,with amazing art exploring complicated concepts and now it's just...kinda weak art and storyline.
At the very least he didn't transform while doing....activities.
But they should definitely look into making sure it permanently never reverts just in case

pretty sure it’s because they all put her on a pedestal, drawing that line between them and her out of admiration or whatever. Just because they all liked her doesn’t mean that it wasn’t just as isolating being treated like that

True but I've read tons of stories where the characters were more frustrating and people weren't half as mad. These two actually feel semi realistic to me cause I have a hard time understanding emotions too.

the cousin! he can clearly see without his glasses yet he pretends he can't even take a step without help and apparently doha thinks he can remember what happened in previous run or he thinks he actually isn't bada's cousin... so the question is... who is this and how can doha make this useful for him

Doha went all the way to the other side of the room to put the cassette tape and the cousin asked why he did that. Doha immediately find it suspicious and confronts him about it, asking how he can see when he can't even take a step without glasses, and the cousin is all flustered and replies that he just can see the shapes of things... which is honestly very sus especially because before this entire scene he was acting like a victim and thanking him a lot for helping little poor him who can't walk and was about to get killed!

Oh really? To me it made sense. I wear glasses (5 +3 for astigmatism ) but can still make out shapes from that distance.
Unless he's blinder than me what he says is reasonable imo. Also I thought the reason he couldn't walk was because of his injuries not cause he couldn't see
I thought so too because i have astigmatism as well but because its a horror story and because someone smarter than me (doha) thought it was suspicious I just took it as it is haha then again it might really just be astigmatism and doha will use it to make him more suspicious than he is to bada, not sure what he will gain though
I really like the concept but they're taking this too laxly like yes it was the past life and I'm not saying she should murder him now but she literally killed all her family and friends and loved ones I'd at the very least ignore them since your affection is the thing they seek
