I checked all illegal manga websites like mangago bato etc., only mangadex translated chapter 431 but unfortunately not in english. Just google "boku no hero academia 431 english translation", you'll find it easily, just not on any manga website

430.6 is not chapter 431. 430.5, 430.6, and the afterword are part of a one shot that released AFTER the final volume. The one shot is its own standalone thing and it is not included in the final volume. The final volume includes chapter 423-431
