My comment was supposed to be general for all but it with to you only. They do look similar but I think the reason is Rihan and him were close as kids.

Geum has lied to Miha. He is trying to get his trust. Rihan told Miha Something and Geum contradicted it. Also Sohwa and Geum fight a lot. How did Sohwa fight Geum if he only talked to Rihan.
